WHY?
Frustrated with existing solutions for our own plastic injection mold tooling needs, we launched Advanced Production for self serving reasons. Under the brand name of Tape Wrangler we produce our own plastic injection molded parts for a product line of specialty tape dispensers. After bringing several new products to market by building traditional steel molds and the time and expense related to that process; we knew that there could be a better and more efficient way. We set out to find that new way and develope a new process.
Problem: We could not justify the cost and time to build traditional Plastic Injection Mold Tools.
Solution: Establish a new, proprietary process for building Plastic Injection Mold Tools in a fraction of the time and for less cost.
